CHEAPEST TRAVEL DESTINATIONS AVAILABLE FOR BUDGET TRAVELERS

Travelling is one of the most rewarding things anyone could undertake, there’s so much to learn and enjoy when one travels. But there are a few things one must think about before packing that bag and for most persons, cost is always number one among those factors.Aside traditional travel expenses like cheap flights and accommodation, there are a lot of hidden-in-travel costs like intercity transportation, cost per meal, refreshments, data and even calls which have to be put into consideration.

Popular travel destinations like Paris, London, Rome or New York present several unexpected costs typical of big cities and for a traveler on a budget such destinations might be completely out of your budget. However, there are several places which are as enjoyable as or even more enjoyable than any of the popular holiday destinations, giving you much more for less. Some of these travel destinations include:

1.    CAMBODIA
You can get book a hostel here for $4 and spend less than $20 every day. This country is a favorite for backpackers and yearlong travelers. If you are coming from the US, the flight might be a bit expensive but with cheap food and accommodation and lots of free places to visit and things to do, it’s well worth it.

2.    NEPAL
Nepal is probably the cheapest place to travel to on this earth right now. Excluding flight and visa expenditures, travelling and transportation around this beautiful city can be as cheap as $250/month.
With a largely unexplored terrain and internationally renowned mountain treks, ancient temples, jungle exploration atop elephants, rafting, world glass paragliding, meditation and yoga. No matter what whets your appetite you are sure to have your fill in the Himalayas.

3.    COLOMBIA
Colombia is a country prime for exploration and it has an endless array of sights, excursions and natural exploration around you. Budget accommodations start from $10, even in major cities like Bogota and Cartagena (if you avoid the tourist traps). English is rarely spoken here so you have to brush up on your Spanish.

4.    BOLIVIA
Known for its cheap accommodations and tasty, inexpensive food, Bolivia rightly earns its spots on this list. Also, Bolivia is filled with beautiful natural things to see from the Salar de Uyuni salt flats, to the Lake Titicaca plus historic cities like La Paz where fees into its four major museums cost a grand total of 58 cents.

5.    PRAGUE
Europe is generally not cheap if you are looking to travel but if you are looking for a relatively cheap destination, Prague is your best bet. Hostels come as cheap as $12 a night and bear is cheaper than water. Plenty of activity can be had for free and is an incredibly beautiful city to explore.

6.    TANZANIA

Tanzania has probably one of the most plenteous and diverse animal life anywhere in the world and has an extremely beautiful tropical scenery. The friendly family hospitality that is unique to Tanzania society is a bonus. There is a lot to explore in Tanzania- from trekking to jungle safari. It is an ultimate destination for budget travelers and adventure seekers.

I have no doubt  that once you visit any of these places, you will recommend these locations to somebody.. Watch out for articles on this subject because there is more to come.
